Apartamentos El Paseo enjoys a privileged location in a very quiet setting in front of Playa del Inglés and on the “Paseo Marítimo Costa Canaria”, which offers wonderful views of the Dunes of Maspalomas.
Direct access to the beach nearby the complex.
Just a few minutes’ walk you will find the shopping and leisure centers of Yumbo, Cita, Kasbah and Sandia, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, health and beauty services and a golf course, so it is unnecessary to use a car and allows to enjoy the pleasure to walk.
We are a complex of 18 apartments and this allows us to pamper most of our clients.
With a privileged location in first row of Playa del Inglés and next to the Dunes of Maspalomas, our apartments offer all convenience to guarantee the maximum comfort and a deserved rest.

El Paseo has 6 types of apartments with capacity of maximum 3 persons.
Each apartment measures about 48 square meters and consists of a separate bedroom with two individual beds, a living room with an American kitchen, a bathroom and two private balconies/terraces.
All apartments are sufficiently separated from each other and grant your privacy because of the feature lateral panels in both balconies/terraces which have an extensively size and assure an optimal ventilation during the whole year without suffering the air condition.
